I now require a 50% deposit when you book online. Any and all rebooking that occurs in the studio will not require a deposit. If you do happen to make changes I will ask to you to reschedule online. All cancellations must be made 48 hours before session, 24 hour cancellations & no shows will be subject to owe 100% of service booked. I know life happens, things come up, or we forget but please do try to be mindful and let me know as far in advance if you won’t be able to make it in, thank you! Failure to pay cancellation invoices if you don’t have a card on file will result in not being able to book future appointments until invoice is paid in full. DEPOSITS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AFTER RESCHEDULING MORE THAN ONCE OR REFUNDED FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I reserve the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. Please Note: No additional guests, unless you are a minor that is receiving services. (parent can be present) Please arrive at the time of your appointment, do not come in early. If you are running over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. *I may or may NOT be able to accommodate requests for after hour bookings. ALL appointments outside of normal business hours will require an additional fee.
